I chanced upon Manu's ad on radio a few years ago and her name stuck with me since then. When we started house hunting a year ago, I couldn't think of anybody other than her. In the hindsight, it's one the best decisions that we took. Manu is super smart, understands her clients' sensibilities and goes out of her way to close the deals. She helped us finalize our home but was never pushy! We had the opportunity of doing business not just once with Manu but twice over the past year. She sold our previous home as well. We won't think twice referring Manu and her team to anybody looking to enter the housing market! She is the best! We wish Manu nothing but the best!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Manu when we sold our Condo in Fremont. She is amazing!!! She is very professional, replied to texts and emails within few minutes, kept us updated on everything and she is highly knowledgeable about the real estate market. She is also an excellent negotiator! Her team of stagers and photographers do an amazing job and these services are complimentary!! She does amazing marketing campaign - LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and also networks with several realtors in the area. She also does 2 open houses. She knows how to mitigate problems when they arise. We got an offer within 10 days (in spite of an ongoing litigation against HOA) and she negotiated an excellent price for us. We are very happy that we chose her as our agent especially because we were out of state sellers. She took care of everything on behalf of us. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Bay area.
