Sorry for the delay of your order due to the big order before you came and the cashier did communicate with you about that before he took the order. The kitchen items and the sandwiches are two different stations, you might see the sandwiches orders came out first due to the process making are faster. About the water, due to the extreme busy lunch crowd today, our cashier did not know you were choking, she helps the current customers that are already in front of her. She stopped the order and get you the water. The customer that she helps at the time does not happy neither. Our customer service and food quality are very important to us. Hi T Bay, Thanks for taking your valuable time to give us a disappointed feedback. We are always trying our best to make our customers happy and come back. 1 - $9 for a Banh Mi? Really?!, yes, every thing is going up, the labor cost goes up more than 30%, the minimum wage now is $20/hr. 40 years ago when we open our very first one in downtown San Jose, the minimum wage is $3.25/hr and the sandwich was cost $1.50. Please do your math and I know you are very smart.2- They ran out of baguettes for sandwiches but NOT for selling, I am not sure what do you mean here? Please elaborate more. Thanks3 - Sandwich made out of the buns are smaller,It might be due to the baker that not proof the dough big enough. Our baguette has it consistent weight. Thanks for this feedback. We need to improve on this.4- Store a bit dirty. We have a janitor come in 3-4 hours a day just do the cleaning. Thanks for your feedback. Yes, we do care.Due to small demand on the French roll, so we don't cook that much and maybe you want your sandwich made on French Roll that are chubby and now a day most customer don't like too much carb, so they want the thin baguette rather than French Roll.I hope I can meet you in person so I can make you happy and can be friend.
