I love this location! I went in a few days ago and I had an amazing conversation with Christopher about Tech and the like! I am hopeful I can eventually work there. Christopher would be fun to work with! We both are tech nerds (at least I think I am)! T-mobile has been my ultimate cellphone service! So convenient when I go to Germany! Great plans as well!

We had a very frustrating experience with T-mobile over the phone with a warranty issue, but Chris and Kyle at this shop were very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. Their kindness and good humor helping with this issue and a couple other issues made all the difference.

On 2/23/2024, we went to the mobile phone store 20803 Stevens Creek Blvd King KD, Cupertino, CA 95014 T MOBILE7 for consultation. A Chinese man about 37 or 8 years old promised: 7 lines plus monthly phone charges. The total tax was $270-$280, but they added $55 to our first bill. I asked them why they added the extra $55. They replied that it was an increase in tax. I said it was different from what they promised at the time. They said that was it and let me go. I went to the company to resolve the matter. It was very unreasonable. I couldn't figure out why they treated customers so unreasonably. They also lied with the manager and said it was taxes. I repeatedly asked them to make it clear, but they changed their words and said that it was the money plus the Internet fee. But I didn't use their Internet fee at all. What they said was very contradictory and inconsistent with the facts. They felt that the deception was unsuccessful, so they finally changed their words and agreed to pay $283 per month. Also, they owed me a mobile phone. They said that the mobile phone store ran out of mobile phones and asked UPS to send me one. But on 3/12/2024, they delivered the mobile phone, but there was no mobile phone in the box at all. Fortunately for us There was video evidence, and then I went to them, and they asked me to pay another $73 in taxes to resend the phone. I no longer believed them because I suspected they were cheating customers. I paid the phone bill in full as they asked. Why did they Use unethical means to make me pay taxes again? I should have been very happy to give me a mobile phone and it would have been solved, but they just refused to give me a mobile phone and asked me to go to the head office. I said I would pay the payment here, so why not solve the problem and embarrass the customer? They also said that the mobile phone tax I paid last time would be refunded to me. I asked how long it would take, but they were not sure. Because I had already paid the mobile phone bill, I did not agree to pay it again. At this time, I wanted to call the police, but my English was not good and I gave up. But they said they were going to call the police. I said great, you call the police immediately, but they did. Then two police officers came. When the police learned about it, they changed their story and said that the mobile phone tax they paid last time was refunded to me. They were lying to the police. Later, the police found an interpreter. Because I had evidence, I told the police what happened in a matter-of-fact manner. They felt that the deception was unsuccessful, so they secretly refunded the mobile phone tax I had paid to my credit card. Finally, with the help of the police, they obediently gave me my mobile phone in front of the police, because they said in front of the police that the mobile phone tax had been refunded to my credit card last time, so I believed it this time, and of course I was very happy to pay it this time. $73 cell phone fee. Through this incident, they made me waste a lot of time. Think about it, if the police hadn't come, wouldn't their deception have been successful? I thought: They must have successfully and unsuccessfully deceived others before, and there are also some scams online. What they have exposed, there are also things that have not been exposed to them. I also know a few friends, and some of them say that they just dig holes for customers to be fooled. I think they will lose a lot of customers in the future, or even close down, because relying on this kind of deception will never last long. I hope that customers who come to this mobile phone store must consult clearly, be more vigilant, and don't be deceived by their rhetoric!
