Abigail is amazing, super fast, helpful and on the customer's side! I had the opportunity to interact w/ Abigail as part of getting my home insurance. Abigail was able to setup my home insurance by asking me a simple set of questions about the home. She was even able to visit the home, take pictures and note down other home facts like the structure, build quality, roof etc., all without any work for me! She then prepared the policy, sent it to underwriting, interfaced w/ my mortgage lender so that they have their info listed on the policy w/ their loan# and worked with them to get the paperwork ready for the policy to be paid at closing. At the end, she offered me ways to reduce my premium by going for a higher deductible option! All in all, what can I say -- no headaches for me, no guesswork and very little legwork by me and using her experience with what mortgage lenders want, she was able to make this process super-painless for me.
