        Today I faced the most rudest lady I have ever met in US. I understand that due to easter store closes soon but this is no way that you shout on customers so badly. Is that a japanese culture? The lady shouted so badly just at entrance, she could have said the same thing politely. Yamagami change your workforce. I am not visiting you again for sure. Shame on you for not treating folks with proper respect and politeness which is the first and foremost to greet clients. SHAME.
