      image I went to this BOA financial center for a wire transfer request and had a really wonderful experience! I didnt even have an appointment and Jasmine helped make the process very smooth and timely. The service was top notch, so I dont really understand why the ratings of this center is low (likely because only disgruntled folks write reviews but happy customers dont). In any case, I will come again for my banking needs to this center!
