        Im really sad to say I have had a really disappointing experience and have lost all trust with iTooth Dental, Dr. Bouzid and his team. Their dental work seems lazy and ineffective. I bought my partner and I to visit Dr. Bouzid for our initial cleaning and checkup when neither of us received any more than a brief scaling of our teeth by their dental hygienists, no polishing or flossing. After, they told we needed several services to us; for my partner, a deep cleaning, and for me, a replacement of 4 silver fillings I have had for 5 years. After getting my silver fillings replaced with composite resin, Dr. Bouzid left concavity (a significant dent) on the side of my molar which I had to come back for to get repaired because food was getting stuck and I was feeling sensitivity. It has been several weeks and I have sensitivity in all of my fillings that I never had before with my previous silver fillings. Now I am afraid I will have to get them redone with another dentist and it overall increases my chances of having to get a crown in the future.
