Apple stores is now attaching "ADs" to FREE games like solitaire ruining the experience. PAY for more games or forced to unlimited ADs. Very sad change in Apple's product approach.

For meeting with Apple engineers to discuss business, and had lunch in there. It was good as various menus of the world counries such as Korean, Japnese, Indian and chinese.

On Aug 30, my 16-month old Apple Watch broke; after taking it in to the local Apple store, the technician said that the gyro, accelerator, and heartrate sensors went out. It was mailed off to the Indiana repair center; the technicians there said nothing was wrong with it and sent it back. For 5 hours, the watch actually worked; then it went out again. When I went back to the local Apple store, the technician's diagnostic test revealed that 3 sensors were out: gyro, accelerator, & heartrate. Back to the Indiana repair shop. When it came back, the watch worked for 25 or so hrs, then broke. When I called the Apple 800 #, 16 days after the watch first broke, the sales representative kept me on the phone for an hour, often placing me on long holds so she could "ask a Sr. Advisor what Apple could do to help" me. After an hour, she said that I could keep the broken watch (no need to mail it back to Apple), and go online and buy a new Apple watch. Actually, I could have gone online & bought a new watch (while keeping the only 16-month old broken one)----16 days before and saved myself a lot of time. So, Apple seems to be a company with ---poor repair technicians ---poor customer service representatives ---poorly made, low quality watches that break after only 16 months. I do not recommend that one buy an Apple watch from them.
