Decent haircut.. but I wasnt offered a hot towel.. and even a rough blow dry wasnt done..

I was really bummed this appointment didnt work out for me as my stylist was super sweet but very distracted. Im disappointed because my stylist spent the first 15 minutes talking without cutting my hair. I did not notice until I got home, but my cut is extremely lopsided and uneven and far shorter than asked for. I was offered to get my hair fixed but could not do so with a different stylist. I am very disappointed the website mentions that refunds are not offered, as I dont trust the same stylist or establishment to fix the damage theyve already caused to my hair.

One of the best experiences I've had at a salon. Zach did an amazing job. Great conversation and he took his time to give me a great haircut. You can tell they only hire the best hair stylist at this salon.

These guys are so much fun! My son got a haircut and I got a (glamour) blow-out. His haircut was expertly cut and I left feeling like I looked 10 years younger! The salon is hip and a little raucous with loud retro hits making conversation a little difficult. The stylists were so genuinely sweet and interesting I actually wanted to converse.

Paul is master stylist! The best haircut Ive had in years!! Ill definitely be back and thats saying a lot since I live in San Diego :)
