      image I went to the bank for the monthly charge for the business account we had. We decided to close the account, but Mrs. Suzanne Bui(Branch Manager), patiently explained to us that this charge is due to the deficit in our account balance, and we were fully justified. Not only did we keep the account open, but we want to transfer money from our other bank to this branch in the future. I also thank her colleagues for their responsibility. Iraj
