        I scheduled an appointment to bring in my car for repairs, but when I arrived, I was informed that they don't handle small repairs on Thursdays. Instead of offering an apology for the misunderstanding, the lady working there was accusatory. I believe it's important to bring this behavior to the attention of Crash Champions management, as someone lacking customer empathy in a customer facing role is certainly pushing away potential business.

        Went to get my car fixed back in august, everything was going well. They gave me back the car, but had said a part they ordered from Mazda was incorrect and that they would call me when the part is in. Thats where things have gone wrong. I have called them back multiple times asking about the part and each time they said the part was on its way or some excuse along those lines. It is now December and I still dont have the molding for my car replaced. Please fix this issue.
