Cupertino Park Center Apartments

CPC is a great apartment complex in Cupertino. It's clean and safe, with nice and helpful staff. Located near good schools and a library, it also has great restaurants nearby. Recommended for both families and singles.

Living in CPC has always pleasant. The location is close to everything. What most impressive is the management team led by Trang. She is such an amazing lady both as CPC director and person.

I've been living at CPC for over a year now and I couldn't be more happy and satisfied. The apartment itself is very nice and modern. The common areas and walkways are always clean, tidy with great landscape all around. The support team is very competent and management is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very authentic and genuine. Definitely recommend making this your home.

To begin with, just note that if you have ever broken lease in any other Prometheus property, you won't have any special offer. Also, the property manager here, Trang Le, is extremely rude. For context, I broke lease with another Prometheus property - Gardens of Fountainbleu - because of the crazy ants in the apartment. By crazy, I mean within one hour I throw my used sanitary pad in the trash bin in the bathroom, I find lots of ants coming out of the crack between the floor and the wall and queueing to eat my used sanitary pad. Also, anytime lying on my bed, within in a while I would see ants crawling on my clothes, my laptop and my phone. Therefore I broke the lease and tried to apply for this apartment. However, I got phone call from Trang Le, saying that I won't have any special offer since I have broken lease with another Prometheus property. What's worse, she then began to say in a very indifferent and rude way - I quote her - "I don't want you to waste time moving because we also insect in hour apartment", "We had two complaints about ants during the past ten years and one of them it is because the resident left food outside" and other stuff like these. What? I'm a female, I have period, I throw used sanitary pad in the trash bin in the bathroom, I like every other aspects of my previous apartment except for the ants thus I want to go with Prometheus again, what did I do wrong? And Trang Le is blaming me for attracting ants myself first and then making a fuss about this "trivial" issue and she just not welcome me to move in? Well, good for you, Trang Le.
