Love their service. super helpful & even returned when I had some questions about the phone system. they responded quickly & were efficient in installing my lines! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a phone service! Ask for Rick he is the best!

We changed our Avaya Phone System to VoIP System through United Telecom. Rick has been absolute angel sent from God to us. Because of him I save just over $350/month on our phone bills and We can work from home without our customers calling any other number but the office number! I highly recommend United Telecom to all my friends and colleagues.

Pretty amazed to see bad reviews since these guys have been awesome for the 2 years we've been working with them. We only run 40 lines for our entire business but have had a lot of changes to staff and extensions over the last year. We moved to a VOIP system and they helped port all of our existing numbers over very quickly and efficiently, even considering we were making constant on-the-fly changes while it went down. Every time we make an addition or need an extension ported to a new phone they are quick to get the new updates and have even attached new DIDs when we need them with great turnaround time.

if i can give your company 0 stars i would. this company is only responsive when you are buying from them. if you have any technical issues, which you will no-doubtably have plenty, they will simply ignore your calls. the representative, mohamed, has been extremely unhelpful. you will have better luck receiving help from a rock. i will not recommend this company to any of my colleagues. you are a crook if you take money from your clients in exchange for faulty devices! no wonder you have horrible reviews.
