I'm a big Lululemon fan. I purchased a pair of leggings about two years ago and there was an issue with the fabric so I went in and exchanged them. A month or two after I exchanged the first pair, the second pair had a seam come undone. I thought...'that's odd' but didn't do anything about it. Just recently, I noticed seams in three different areas were coming undone. I went into this Lululemon and showed the woman working there the issue. She exchanged the leggings but not without lecturing me. She asked me how I wear them and I replied "I honestly just work in them and I work from home. I don't workout in these because I don't want to damage them." She proceeded to gaslight me by telling me she "can't exchange these leggings again" and "they just might not me the pant for you with the amount of times you're having issues" It's just an odd reaction to try to make a customer feel bad for a fabric issue outside of my control. I'd imagine...you could be apologizing to me for the inconvenience of having to come in to exchange the leggings...twice.

Just visited today! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also had a decent selection of markdown items.

Excellent customer service!
I came to this store to exchange some items I had purchased online - I needed a bigger size. Not only did the staff help me locate the items in a bigger size, they continued to help me in the fitting room until I was satisfied with my choice. I didnt like the fit of some of the items and they kept bringing me different sizes and suggested alternative items as well. I finally found the perfect pants, shorts, tops, and bras.
They were incredibly attentive during my shopping experience and even made me feel better about purchasing a bigger size. I was joking about being a size 8 in Lululemon when Im typically a size 4 and they were very compassionate with their response. Whatever the opposite of fat shaming is - thats what they did.
At the register they also gave me some insight on what a pop-up store is and how often they put items on sale. Ill definitely be coming back to purchase items on sale.
I originally thought Lululemon was overpriced but the quality of the items and the personalized service I received was definitely worth the money. I feel like a million bucks in my new athleisure.
