I lived in one of apartment under RCMI management. They sent their maintenance guys to fix our place. Never been on time, leave some ugly fixed that didnt finish. Stolen our tools that cost us $1000. I start to feel this apartment is no longer safe from maintenance people. This is the first time in 11 years. The new management are not friendly with long time residents. I signed the lease in April and they forced us to signed a new lease in February - it has been only 10 months that broke our agreement. We havent passed our one year after the contract. This place is getting worse than 11 years ago.

They are A really bad management company. They just put temp fixes on broken items and never really fix or replace anything correctly.

I used to work for this company. They di a bunch of illegal stuff & they get fined by the city. The worst company i have ever worked forApartments are run down & roach infested

They will remove posts showcasing the violence they allow on property but won't do anything about actual violence. I have to use voodoo
