Dannie, Julio and Michelle helped me in the very successful sale of my Mar Vista condo recently. They did a stellar job from beginning to end. My situation was a little unusual, which caused a delay in listing the condo due to family circumstances. Dannie was understanding and patient and had genuine concern for my family. Julio went above and beyond in prepping the condo for sale, including helping to empty out some remaining items that I'd forgotten were there. Michelle worked diligently behind the scenes to create a great listing. Julio and Michelle also did a great job showing the unit. In the office, Amanda always patiently and helpfully answered my questions. Altogether they are a professional, caring, friendly team. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

Michelle is absolutely the best. My wife and I were first time home buyers and weren't exactly sure what we wanted. Michelle was extremely supportive in helping us navigate the process. Her responsiveness was incredible. In the end, we chose a bigger home that needed a little bit of work, and Michelle made us think of things that we never considered, which really put us in a better position when moving in.

Julio and Michelle are honestly the best! We recently sold our townhouse in Culver City while living across the country. Julio and Michelle handled everything, from helping us with our current renters to getting the property looking great to list and finally to selling it.
