Bonnie and Robin went above and beyond in order to help each child learn and grow at their own pace and with their unique personalities. The families at this school were incredibly supportive and helpful. Highly recommend My Friends Montessori Preschool Co-Op!

Teacher Bonnie and her wonderful program were like a warm cup of tea for a parent's soul--offering the perfect blend of time together on field trips (Thursdays) and time apart on drop-off days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). The field trips really made this program special, and their costs are included with tuition! Each week, Bonnie helped us discover new local gems and new ways to play and connect within them. The other co-op families were always so kind, supportive, and easy to be around. And I cannot say enough about how truly special the teachers are there--they are loving caregivers and passionate educators with the kind of heart and character that I wish for my own child. My child thrived there!

I am so fortunate to have found Teacher Bonnie and Teacher Robin! I was looking for a really special program for my child after she had spent her first years so isolated from other children and deprived of life experiences due to the pandemic. I was immediately won over during the virtual tour when I saw how excited Teacher Bonnie was to show me her school, especially the beautiful backyard garden for the children to play in. I signed my daughter up on the spot! In only a few months my daughter has really flourished here and is now so social and confident despite being the youngest. Teacher Bonnie and Teacher Robin love what they do and show such caring towards all the kids. They know the nuances of each of their little personalities and help them navigate and discover the world around them through books, music, dance, art, nature, math, science, exercise! My daughter absolutely adores them - she even wanted to FaceTime with them during spring break! This program is unique in that it is small, with the regular teaching program on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and a weekly class field trip on Thursdays that you help chaperone. While the field trips are a commitment, they provide the kids with weekly adventures that tie into the theme of what the kids are learning that month. My child has now had so many fun experiences - she's been to museums, gone on hikes, climbed sand dunes, walked in gardens, interacted with all kinds of animals, picked fruit and vegetables, gardened, the list goes on. She's learning so much and is having the best time doing so! The other children and parents are wonderful, too. I found the program through Yelp and hopefully my review will help someone else out there discover this incredible program for their child.

What an amazing 2 years with Teacher Bonnie and Teacher Robin!Learning about sea life, plants, dinosaurs, different cultures, planets, music, artists from Jackson Pollack (yes the kids made their own splatter paint canvases and my sons' hangs proudly on our wall), with the Picasso and VanGogh he painted too. He also learned the days of the week, numerous songs, his numbers, the seasons, to write his name, read books, give gifts of the heart, share, and learn what it means to be a good friend. The weekly field trips were not only learning experiences for the kids but for the moms and dads too. From nature reserves, botanical gardens, aquariums, museums, farmers markets, parks, singing Christmas carols at a convalescent home, and even attending a performance of the Bob Baker Marionettes. My son truly misses those weekly field trips.Then there were all the fun activities in Teacher Bonnie's own backyard. From a Halloween Festival, Thanksgiving feast and a lovely Mothers Day tea to name a few.Teacher Bonnie and Teacher Robin treat the kids and parents as part of their extended family. Our lives have been forever changed by them.
