I am surprised that I never gave Ray a review, have been using him for years on both our condo and another rental condo. He is very professional, on time and fair prices.He can do drain clogs to replace a garbage disposal and every other plumbing need.,

Ray has done multiple projects, both small and large, for our family over the last few years.  He is always professional, friendly, and honest.  His prices are fair, and most importantly, the quality of his work is fabulous.  If something does not need replacing, he will be the first to tell you.  Because he does great work, he has a long list of happy customers.

Best experience with a plumber I have ever had ! Ray is a truly honest, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and down to earth person. No pretense... nothing fake here. We had a leak in the hot water valve going from the wall to the washing machine. I took a picture of the leaky valve and sent it to Ray. He was able to look at it and give me a quote right then and there over the phone before he even came out. He was happy to tell me his rates over the phone and they are extremely reasonable (unlike some of the plumbers I called earlier in the day). He left his shoes outside the door so as not to take the chance of soiling our carpet. He answered all my questions while he worked and got the job done right away for the price he quoted.  Awesome! Will definitely recommend him to my friends. Thanks again Ray !!!!

On Monday of last week our hot water went out. I call Sears for the parts and received them that Thursday. I needed a plumber so I looked on Yelp and found Ray Mendoza. I read his reviews and they were all positive. I called him on Friday morning and he asked if I needed him that day. I explained my situation, Ray explained that he had a busy day but he would at my home around 4:30pm. He arrived around around 2:30pm, Ray was very pleasant and went straight to work. Ray installed the new part and lite the heater, but the heater would stay lite. So he took the lighten system apart, cleaned out the system and relighted the heater. Then he waited to make sure the heater continued to work, his prices are very reasonable. I will recommend Ray to all my friends.
