I’ve done business with this company several months ago now, and I’m still upset at the low quality of service, and products offered. I’m so disappointed by the lack of communication, effort to mitigate concerns, and the low level customer service offered. With the desperate need for quality online technology for distance learning and an online learning space that should perform at a higher level with viable technology, this company was a complete disappointment in the E-Rate sector. Buyer Beware.

Ms. Sutherland and her team at EdTechnology Funds have been immensely valuable in assisting our school in securing E-rate funding for our technology initiatives. We are a small independent study charter school with limited resources. Our blended learning model is dependent on accessing high quality technology infrastructure. Although the E-rate program is a great funding source, the compliance aspects of the program can seem very burdensome. Not only does EdTechnology Funds have the expertise in navigating the E-rate program, they are also very professional and customer care oriented. Based on overall positive experience , we highly recommend this company.
