I would never buy from this company again. Rude customer service wait time on processing refunds are delayed. Don't think about asking for a supervisor. I'm still waiting after two weeks of requesting one for a callback. Refuse to match prices within price changing items that are lower within days of each other.

Probably the worst customer service Ive ever encountered in my entire life. No wonder they had to file for bankruptcy and be bailed out. A companies culture flows from the top down, I think its time for a new CEO or maybe its time they just go away!

Tom's shoes has gone down hill big time. Their customer service and reform policy is horrific.  Takes 24 for 48 hours for a supervisor to call back but they never do. Why deal with this hassle when you can buy elsewhere.

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order a while back I never received an email confirmation of my order. When I finally did get a hold of somebody I was given the runaround and told me that I should be patient that wasnt the issue I would like to have some proof that I purchased the boots I did notice however today that they took my money out of my credit card At my wits end
