Absolutely stay away from Entropy Design Studio and Andrew Caspers...The worst rep I have ever dealt with...Like the other reviews below, his dishonesty and unreliability cost us greatly...Working with him is a great risk to both your timeline and expenses...I have never written a negative review before, but people need to be aware of his business practices...

Stay away from Entropy design and Andrew Casper. Prior to delivery he insists on being paid in full. He delivered the wrong window and I have been chasing him for 6 months to have it replaced with the correct window I ordered. Every month he gives me a new delivery date, never shows up, and has no follow up as to why he wasn't there. I have to chase him down for endless excuses it has become evident at this point that he could care less as he already got paid. Working with this vendor is not worth the headache.

Stay away from Entropy design and Andrew Casper. Expensive, dishonest and very difficult to work with. Make sure you get several bids if they are also bidding your job. He insists on getting his final payment BEFORE he delivers the product. Our project was on hold for 9 months and since they were holding a deposit for the initial window package, I had to stay with them for the changes in that order. They priced the new order much higher than other vendors for the same thing and we had to forget about the large deposit and go with another vendor. Awful experience!

Please stay away from this business and Andrew Casper. Very dishonest, irresponsible, unprofessional, and non-responsive. I ordered my Fleetwood windows December 2021 and estimated arrival was end of March 2022. When I followed up with Andrew near end of March, he said the windows were delayed another 6 months to September 2022 without any prior notice. He said Fleetwood had supply chain issue and I figured that was case. Fast forward to now, closer to September 2022, I started following up many times but I would not get any response. I decided I am going to call the manufacturer, Fleetwood and I found out the Andrew had put in the order in early April 2022 which coincides with the time I first followed up. Straight up lied. He is messing with peoples time and money. He had put in the order four months later I gave him the deposit. The whole process has been a nightmare. I am looking to take action.
