Starbucks

Everytime I stop by the starbucks they are always out of something like lids or cold brew. Received attitude from one of the baristas named sophie when i asked what was in the cold foam. I could feel them purposely making my drink very slowly as a peaked into how dirty the bar was. Everytime i pick up my sister from work the locals always mention stopping by the other starbucks down the street. I really hope they figure it out soon so i dont have to go further for my coffee :(

Come to this Starbucks if you like to be ignored while you are the only one in line. And then without acknowledging your presence, one of the two employees behind the counter goes to the back. And then the other one went back to his side work. All while I was standing directly in front of them. Hint: Take care of the only customer in line before your side work. Dont act like every other thing is more important. And most importantly - acknowledge your customer. I can wait. Just be polite and value that I am standing there wanting to give you money. I have a bad habit to go TJ and Starbucks. Just indulging. Outside patio is always occupied by same people. Do they live here? So do not use this location for studying or meeting with friends because there are no open tables for you.
