Every time I order from this place it seems to be one issue or another. Either the delivery takes forever or the meat seems a little strange. Not sure if its MSG or what because I dont feel good after eating. The last time, which was def the last time I plan on ordering from them, they got the order wrong twice. I asked for no shrimp, which they put in a dish that someone in the house had a reaction to. I was so mad about it. I had also asked for no vegetables, which every dish had vegetables in it. They delivered it and even sent out some random guy to apologize for it. He delivered the wrong food again. I was beside myself. I called him back and told him I had just spent $75 on food that I wont eat and the night had been ruined waiting two hours for the entire process. He tried to offer me a credit, which I wasnt going to receive because I wasnt about to continue giving them my business moving forward.. I told him I wanted him to refund me for the incorrect food. He didnt want to, but finally agreed to do. He said I would see it show up in a few days. Two weeks later it still hasnt showed up. I called him back on his cell and he said that I was lying and they made the order correctly. The initial order was written correctly, but the kitchen got it wrong. When I called back to let the restaurant know the order was wrong again, they asked and I told them the order with no shrimp. Instead of looking at the initial order, they made it no shrimp but with vegetables and said it was my fault and thats why theyre not refunding the order. You would think the least this guy who thinks hes a manager would do is call back and let me know he wasnt going to refund the order like he said. To me, this place has really shady business ethics. This reflects on the restaurant big time. Bad food. Bad management. But now that I read thru their reviews, it seems like this happens all the time. They dont deal with their errors correctly and are constantly losing customers. Its a testament to what a restaurant looks like when unqualified people are running it.

Their food is fantastic. Pre covid I always used Golden china. Just had veggie chow mein and veggie rice. Their veggies are cooked to perfection, Al dente, not soggy. Looks tacky from outside, but I highly recommend this place.
