Went to the independent shapes bar on the lower level where my brows were threaded by a south Asian lady(Pakistani middle aged) who might be the most unprofessional lady I have ever met in my life. She asked way too many personal questions and her conservative opinions about women and their status were very concerning. She kept coughing throughout the threading session and didnt apologize or wear a mask either. She also asked for a tip after doing a horrible job and couldnt process my payment in her system for at least 15 mins because she doesnt know how to use her POS correctly. Overall a very frustrating experience. Giving her zero stars. She needs to learn to be more professional in these settings and not impose her personal opinions about marriage and kids on others. DO NOT GO HERE The absolute worst job on my eyebrows. I left crying. Thin in the front and bushy in the end?! I asked for a touch up and I literally have never seen my eyebrows so thin and lopsided. DO NOT GO HERE your eyebrow shape can ruin your whole face. So disappointing and I dont even know what to do now or how to fix it Service: Eyebrow threading
