With the facility and Ben lacks a working coffee machine the staff is great but overwhelmed. Even so they do their best to provide great care. The administration is at fault not the staff, and insurance companies for not demanding better of them…. My wife has a psychiatrist that finally made her realize her true triggers and nurses that care. Bottom line the staff needs more support they give all they can

Just make sure you do your research before sending a loved one to this facility. They have a male nurse staff member that preys on female patients. I work for a medical provider and we sent a young woman for detox... she AMAd within 24 hours WITH this staff member and he was buying her cocaine and alcohol. When we called to address this with the hospital, they basically laughed it off and would not give me the names of any person I spoke with on the phone to protect this creep. This took place last week 8/12/2023. We are still working to figure out this guys name so we can report to the California Nursing Board but figured this was a good start to make some people aware. Also, after I called the hospital and they assured me that they had no clue who it could be - we received a call from the patient who was upset that we called the hospital.... Sooo apparently SOMEONE there knew exactly who we were speaking about but chose to give him a heads up to get her out of his house. Following this, the patient was then dumped at our front door the following morning around 5 AM with no one there to make sure that she made it safely. This lady is still wandering the streets of LA with no way to contact her.
