They lost my diploma with no explanation. Update said it was delivered to my P.O. Box, never showed up

Very dissapointed, me and my bf share the same PO box, my sister sent a card and it was sent back to her. Why and the answer they gave me is there is no sticker in the PO Box says santiago? What? What happened to my other mails? Should I know how you do your work? Very dissapointing

Bought a Christmas present for my mom and had it sent here so she could pick it up. When she got there they told her it got put into the wrong box and so essentially someone stole her package due to their mistake. They offered no help to her at all and just basically told her the package was gone even though it was their fault for not putting it in the right box. Disappointed to hear that response from their services.

I can not believe some of these reviews. Our postal workers are understaffed, working with antiquated equipment, in a building that is falling apart and yet they show up every day to get your mail to you. If you have a problem you should complain to the higher ups. These people live in our community and deserve our respect.
Personally, I have relied on them to help me make a living. Shipping is crucial for me and I have had NO packages lost by Crestline Post Office. I continually get Fast Shipping Feedbacks from my customers.
Thank you Crestline postal workers for your exemplary work!!!
