I truly can't say enough glowing things about my experience with Kimberly. I was lucky enough to book a last-minute massage with her even though she is usually booked up. And I can see why she is. As someone with chronic debilitating pain, I've found that massage therapy works better than anything else at helping to restore me to functioning capacity. I've gotten many massages in my life and Kimberly is among the top two massage therapists I've ever worked with. Her unique style coupled with her clear dedication to her work (not to mention her kindness and sense of humor) make visiting her an indelibe experience. If you find yourself anywhere near Lake Arrowhead, you must make a visit to Kimberly part of your trip; whether you're looking to relax or relieve chronic pain, you will leave feeling like you're in a new body. I tried a series of Mind Calm classes with Kym. She is a knowledgeable, well spoken educator. She runs her classes on time with a lot of content in every class. Her style of teaching is interactive with all the students, it is interesting, relaxing, fun and healing. This new experience for my busy, overloaded mind worked wonders for me. Im able to process situations and thoughts from an improved prospective. A need for change, control, or judgement has been replaced with the tools to give me a sense of peace, calm, and love. The more I practice the better Im feeling. Thank you, for these informative classes, it has helped me in every area of my life, including my sleep!

I have multiple chronic injuries that have been recommended for surgery. In seeing Kim regularly (once a month and now twice a month), I have managed to stay functional and pain free. Her massage is a completely different experience. She incorporates energy work with a keen understanding of anatomy to impact my body in a way that no one else can. The experience is pleasant and she is a gem. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ive been going to Kym for years! Her ability to get right to the issues is fantastic! I always feel comfortable and relaxed. Her methods keep me coming back. My everyday activities are improved because. She is truly the best there is! Sleeping better and thinking more clearly. Nothing compares to Kym!
