        Bad experience. He never informed me that my tax return didn't go through. I had to call myself 1 month after we filed the tax return. He should have informed me right away. When I called to make an appointment to discuss the situation, he said it was "impossible" and made me wait until the next business day to discuss my concerns. Don't recommend this accountant. Very unhappy with my experience here.

        15 years and the service has always been great. Always answers our questions. We moved to Yucaipa ca and we will still come out to our home town to do our taxes with Jao!
