I submitted my tax documents on 2/26/21 through a secure link and Nelson has not emailed me back with progress on my taxes. I circled around and submitted an email 3/13/21 (two weeks after submission) asking if theres anything supplemental needed on my end and left my phone number. I called the office the next week and the receptionist stated that it usually takes 72 hours response time. Im very frustrated with the lack of professionalism and do not feel safe knowing my tax documents are submitted with a company that will not answer your emails nor give you any updates for a month. Do not recommend!

These guys are great and they represent my business and personal taxes. Always busy, so schedule ahead of time.
Nelson is the owner and he has been covering our tax responsibilities since 2004. Go there with confidence.
Note: Everybody is trying to pay less in taxes, but you should not skimp on your tax preparation. If you itemize, then come. If you dont, recognize these guys sign their names and careers behind each filing. If you want free or low cost services, this is not your place. Go to those guys in costume for that.
