We've had our taxes done at Citrus, by Tom Schuerrell, for many, many years. Today, April 2022, out of the blue, he went postal on us for coming in so close to April 18. We waited an hour past our appointment time, and when we sat down with him he suddenly became furiously angry and said, "It's going to be 300 dollars. If that's not ok forget it." He went on a tirade about people waiting until the last minute to do their taxes. He accused me of changing my appointment several times, which is absolutely untrue. Then he went on and on about people not realizing how much work he has to do, that he was there until 2:30 a.m., that he got sick last year from so much stress and yada, yada, yada. I calmly asked him why his receptionist didn't tell me when I made the appointment a month ago that he doesn't like to do people's taxes this late, and then he dropped our file folder in front of us and said, "I'm not going to do these." Don't go there!

I have been getting my taxes done here for over 10 years now.  All of the employees are professional and polite.  I have had Tom, Martha, Yolanda, and others do my taxes over the years and have never had any issues.  They are very careful and diligent.  Great place.  I have good peace of mind knowing that my taxes are being done correctly.  Thank you to Citrus Tax Services.
