        Security guards at Anaheim social security is very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional I cant believe how nice the employees are and the security guards so mean and rude

        I had an appointment with IRS @ 8:30 AM and security guard is an incompetent looking horrible like a gangster full with tattoos, very rude, disrespectful, arrogant, very unprofessional with huge speech problems that I couldn't understand at all, giving me a very hard time to get to my appointment. He is ABUSING his authority and is a pain in the community. I was lucky that the gentleman from IRS, (IRS employee translated me what he was trying to say, otherwise I could spend all day long with him and I wouldn't understand anything what he is trying to say). We need people competent, with good and clear communication and respectful and good customer service not bossy and abusive and looking like criminals to scare us.
