My husband and recently refinanced our house to conventional loan. The process made it easier because we contently received all the communication about our process, and there were no surprise. Actually there was one surprised, during the process the interest rates went down, so we did received a lower payment because of it. Weather you buying a house, celling a house or refinance I would highly recommend Cristal Cellar. I worked with John and Pat through the process and they are incredible, full of personality and tell you everything straight up. Our payment went down by almost $400 which is a huge saving for us. I have never been treated like family before and with this process defiantly felt at home.

JP came referred to us by our friend and realtor who had been friends and business associates with JP for years. We weren't yet ready to purchase a home, but we wanted to get there. We didn't know anything, like, literally nothing at all about how to buy property. Cristal Cellar has a vast library of videos explaining the most basic terms and then some fancier words related to the home buying process. JP conducted a one-on-one class with me and my husband in his office showing us step by step what to expect and how to figure out our budget. When we finally felt ready to pull the trigger, JP and his team managed the entire loan acquisition and the piles of paperwork that we sent their way. Admittedly, we were super disorganized with a bunch of confusing money habits, but he had nothing but patience and kindness for us. After we closed (under asking! Thanks, Will!), JP has continued to be available to us for ongoing questions regarding taxes or new loans. He hasn't gotten sick of us, yet! I would now consider JP a friend who I will continue to bug with money questions for as long as I have them.

Cristal Cellar helped sell our condo in Fullerton. We worked directly with JP, Maya, and Matt, but I’m sure there were more people on their team that worked on our sale behind the scenes. The entire process was a breeze all thanks to Cristal Cellar. Selling a property isn't easy and it was especially complicated for us considering COVID precautions, newborn baby, dogs, and schedule for a contingent sale. The second we reached out to Cristal Cellar about wanting to sell our condo, they went above and beyond. JP and his team were in contact with us the whole time so we always felt reassured during a process that can typically be stressful. They talked through the entire process with us, considered our specific needs and constraints, scheduled each of the steps in the home selling process, and executed everything with ZERO issues. Cristal Cellar advised us on how to prep our home for listing photos and showings. They even visited the property themselves to make sure it was photo and visitor ready. The listing photos, video, and marketing website turned out beautiful. Cristal Cellar worked with us to prepare a listing description and ensured we were happy with what was posted. They worked with us well to schedule listing photos, showings, inspections, repairs, and walk throughs. We were happy every step of the selling process, but especially impressed and satisfied with the negations. JP is definitely a pro and it showed. We trusted him every step of the way including establishing listing price; working with buyer agents to encourage multiple offers; and negotiating price, repairs, and terms. They were able to sell our condo at the price and with the terms we wanted. As mentioned, this entire process occurring during the COVID, and they made us feel reassured by providing gloves and shoe covers for all visitors, and efficient scheduling to limit the amount and frequency of visitors. We highly recommend Cristal Cellar and we will definitely be working with them in the future.

I would highly recommended Cristal Cellar whether buying, selling or refinancing your home. I worked with John and Pat through the process, and the care and professionalism we received no one can beat. They are both full of personality, fun, and tell you everything straight up. We end up saving almost $400 from our payment which is a huge saving for us. I have never been treated like family before with companies and with this process defiantly felt at home. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Pat was actually the first person we worked with 2 years to purchase our house, he was patient with us, always was available for questions and showings. Very proactive.

Buying and selling a home at the same time can be such a stressful move to do but Cristal Cellar made the transition very smoothly. We worked with Thelma, JP, and Nate. They are very knowledgeable and always available to talk to if you have any questions. We were able to lock in the best rate for our new home. We would not have done it any other way!
