I have been referring Larry Davis and his fabulous team for 28 years! He has never disappointed! He has always promised me that he will match or beat any loan terms that my clients have found and he delivers every time. The service is excellent ... daily updates with a knowledgeable team from start to finish. I just referred two clients to him in the last month. I love how he treats my multi-million dollar clients the exact same way as he treats my $300,000 clients. He's always there to answer any and all questions. I just can't say enough ... superb service ... and that's what counts!

Larry and Julia provide a seamless loan origination and closing from start to finish. There were no surprises.

The Larry Davis Team! I seriously cannot say enough great things about this team. My husband and I are first time home buyers and are so thankful that we were referred to Larry Davis and his team at PrimeLending. I was most impressed with how great Larry and his team are at communication. Every time we had a question, via email or phone call, we received a response instantly. As a first time home buyer, I had many many questions (I'm sure some of them were ridiculous), but Larry and his team were so patient with me and never made me feel silly for any question that I had. Larry met with us right away and walked us through each step of the loan process, what we should expect from him, and what would be required from us. Couldn't have asked for a better group then The Larry Davis Team! Everyone involved was absolutely great to work with. Larry & his Team were extremely proffessional, clear, thorough and patient as he guided me through the process.
