        Seller and buyer beware Marcus Roman is not a professional......I went into contract with him on a property, we opened escrow (promised 10-day escrow) however he Never deposit funds as agreed...... he agreed to dissolve contract in writing (never received ) I Txt him, called him, lift message...he stoped answering or return phone calls .......I maybe old fashion but to me MY WORD means more than money... This individual has no value !! doesn't fallow through on his word!!  don't know about everybody in the company but Marcus Roman will never get my business or My family and Friends business ..... if you value your time and money stay away from Marcus Roman
