        I bought a Simmons SDMK4 portable drums from them and it was missing parts that are imperative for the machine to operate properly. When I bought it I was disappointed that they didn't have the manual or instructions for it and no sticks either. But I figured I'd be able to download the paper work and instructions and I can buy a set of drum sticks. Turns out it not only missing paperwork and that set of sticks but also three parts that are imperative for you to operate then thing properly. Ok I called and was told it was sold as is. They won't even buy it back.

        Not a good place to do business with. I have been dealing with Pawn Shops all my life, not to mentioned that I managed over a dozen in the past. Professionalism does not exist in this place. I would just leave it at that. And all that over a $25.00 watch.

        I'm genuinely perplexed by some of the negative reviews. I'm fairly certain I dealt with the same folks and they were polite and welcoming both on the phone before I came in and during my visit. I checked the eBay recent sales for the guitar amplifier cabinet I was looking at purchasing and the price the owner offered me was just over 20% less than the lowest comparable items. Ultimately, we were able to work out a deal that was a win-win, which I greatly appreciate. I will be coming back with my son to look at some of the items very soon.

      Hi Larry, we are so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. After discussing this situation with the salesperson who helped you and looking at your sales receipt. It looks like you purchased an item that was "SOLD AS IS" which was very clearly written on your receipt. We explained multiple times to you that this item was "sold as is" and that this item was being sold as a final sale with no returns. If you no longer have your receipt, we are more than happy to send you a copy (I tried uploading a copy, but it appears google will not let me post photo documentation). Any item that is sold in our store that is not designated as a "SOLD AS IS" item, we are more than happy to guarantee.
