W ex csusb Rooms: Huge, my home away from home Safety: Mel at the front desk was fast and accomadating. Will definitely come back.

I dont think this should be called a hotelIt looked more like low income temporary housing. There is no restaurant (false advertising on their website) and the property itself is in terrible condition. They will not refund your money, yes, even if you decide to leave 15minutes after you arrive, like we did, once we figured out what was happening Stay somewhere else! Dont let that deceiving website (and the half decent google rating) fool you. Noteworthy details: Side gate looks like someone broke in and the phone in the room was not plugged in at all, just sitting on the table with absolutely no connecting cables. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Lobby restrooms in poor condition

Total disappointment, everything they say about their services is a lie, the rooms are dirty, the hallways are full of dust, it seems that they never clean the floors especially in the rooms, they say they have a jacuzzi with hot water on one side of the pool but It doesn't work, when I asked them on the phone if it worked they said yes but it was a lie, I went back to ask if it worked and they told me yes, I was there for two hours and they never heated the jacuzzi water, in my room I took off my shoes and I immediately realized that the floor is full of dust. I stayed for two nights but they never came to take out the trash or make the beds, the service is bad. If you want a place that gives you a nice experience this is not the place, I have been to other hotels that are cheaper and cleaner and with better service.
