This place took advantage of me in my time of need. I had a very bad tooth pain, but when i asked for them to at least help with the pain they did, but the office manager Jasmine also charged me cash for a root canal procedure that would be scheduled week and a half later. I was upset because i called my insurance and they told me i had to just pay $94 for the procedure done that day. She charged me ahead for a procedure i hadnt done yet $629!. When i went to talk to them to why they didnt charge the insurance they couldnt answer me. They kept giving me the run around and I asked for the money back for a procedure they havent done yet and charged me cash instead of insurance which sounds illegal. The office manager Jasmine told me she would give my money back and cancel the appointment but i just called again today and someone said that jasmine would contact me in a couple of weeks. WEEKS?! Not even a set time. I have been trying to resolve this issue since the Feb 22. after being told i would get my money back from the Office manager Jasmine. This place is terrible, make sure to check with your insurance first to how much you should pay because this place will take advantage of you. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Hopefully the owner reads this knows that if its not given back legal action is my only alternative. I have tried to work with your office manager Jasmine but she is not being professional about this, hopefully you can properly train her about proper customer service.
