I never thought I would feel compelled to write a glowing review following a trip to the dentist, but here we are. Like most people, I typically dread my semi-annual visit to the dentist's office. However after my first visit with Dr. Crawford yesterday, I am happy to say that I will no longer need to be dragged kicking and screaming when the time comes for my next dental appointment! The office staff was kind and helpful during the scheduling process and Dr. Crawford was the kindest, gentlest, and most helpful dentist I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient for. Dr. Crawford went through each x-ray with me explaining, in layman's terms, what each image showed as well as the indications and options associated with the findings. Dr. Crawford made me feel comfortable asking questions and provided thoughtful, thorough answers to each of them. It was obvious from the second that I set foot in the obvious that everyone at this office genuinely likes working with one another and, more importantly, that they enjoy working with their patients. If you are looking for an excellent dentist with an incredibly helpful team, look no further.

I do not write reviews often, but when a business deserves a commendation, I will take the time to give it. I came to the office filled with anxiety, and a little bit of cynicism, past bad dental experiences, and unfortunately personal tragedies in my family that left me feeling hopeless.
I walk into Covina Hills Dental Office, for the first time ever. I immediately felt the tranquility of the office dcor. The first layer of anxiety was peeled back. I was greeted by Lauren, who was kind and helpful. Her voice over the phone matched the person I met. I completed my new patient information forms on a tabletso easy and quick! I met my Dental Assistant, whose name escapes me now, she explained in detail the x-ray process. The second layer of anxiety peeled back. Shortly after, Dr. William Crawford came in to examine me. He was thorough, gentle, and precise. He explained the procedures I needed and answered every question I had (I had a lot). The third layer of anxiety peeled back. I ended my visit speaking with Zoe. She explained the insurance process to me, and I left the office feeling completely at ease and anxious free.
I highly recommend Covina Dental Office; they are absolutely caring and professional.

Describe pain in my top right tooth I knew I had a crack doctor decided to do a crown anyways but I felt like I waisted my hard work money instead off being a rootcanal. Went back to the doctor described the pain was still there I felt I was turned away since doctor recomended to another dentist in another area. I felt that the problem was not solved waisted my time and money. Thats my experience.
