Dr. Walter Rong

Dr. Walter is a professional in every sense of the word. My entire family are patients. He's a gifted dentist. We don't even mind driving in from out of town for our visits. I recently had a double root canal, and Dr. Walter did a great job on my crowns.He is extremely personable, maintains great communication with his patients throughout the visit. Patient comfort and safety is his number one priority. He's also extremely patient. He listens well. The staff is not only professional, you'll leave feeling like you're a part of the family. They're always smiling, helpful and efficient. Could not ask for a nicer group of people. A little bonus information: I had an impact fracture worked on and filled by Dr. Walter in 2003. I haven't had one problem with the tooth in 2 decades. So, yeah. You're in good hands.

Here we are 8 years later and i only trust Dr. Walter with my teeth. This office has had the same staff for years. Which tells you that not only are they quality people, but that Dr. Walter is quality too.

I changed my insurance just so Dr Rong could be my dentist. That should be an attestation to his wonderful care. Honest, patient, educational dentists are not easy to come by and I'm so glad I live 5 minutes away from one! But even if he was an hr away I would still drive to see Dr. Rong. 10/10 recommend! His office staff are all great from the front to the back. Honestly, wonderful team all around.

First off, Dr. Rong is a very nice doctor.  He has great bedside manners.  He really tried to help--whether or not he can help diagnosing your issues is a different story.  With that said, when a dentist tells you he doesn't know what is causing the problem but let's do this first--run!  I should have--a mistake that I regret for the rest of my life. Don't be fooled by these 5 stars Yelp reviews. To add insults to the injury, his staff's response to me was "we are general dental office."  What was that supposed to mean?!  I'm in a healthcare field so I know a thing or two about being a healthcare professional and that is not how you treat/care for patients!  Moreover, they stack appointments so I always feel rushed.  This office is great if all you need is checkups/teeth cleaning.  I will never go back even if I have to pay out of pocket elsewhere.

If I could give this dental office 10 stars I would. From the beginning to the end of my appt, the experience was AMAZING!First, Carol was WONDERFUL and had an AMAZING personality while taking x-rays of my teeth (new patient things ) She explained everything as she went along.Second, was the hygienist, (I THINK her name was Sharon or maybe Cheryl?) she was FANTASTIC TOO! Again she explained everything as she went along.Last but definitely not least was Dr. Walter. You guys!! He literally takes his time explaining why things are the way they are and how he can help, AND teaches you what YOU have to do to keep up the work he's done for you!Even one of the dental assistant that didn't even work with me was friendly in passing! The front desk staff..... WONDERFUL!!!I almost don't want to leave such a good review, because then they'll get busy and it'll be harder to get an appointment , but I just had to! A GREAT dentist is HARD to find! This crew is definitely it!
