        Ali was friendly and knowledgeable. I gave him a description of screen failure of my S20+ over the phone. He gave me an estimate on the phone. I agreed. He ordered the parts. When they arrived, he called. Replacement of the OEM screen took about 3 hours in addition to his other work. My Father-In-Law referred me to Ali. We will continue to use Ali.
