Great service by Vince and Ean! They arrived promptly on time and quickly set up for the chimney sweep and inspection. Thorough inspection of the firebox, damper, flue and chimney cap was carried out. All of my questions were promptly and profoundly answered. They have helped me locate my firebox escutcheon, that was hiding behind freshly applied wallpaper, and replaced the old and badly deteriorated firebox gas log lighter. Moreover, they've located a replacement great for me expeditiously, since mine was in poor shape. I was also given a lot of invaluable information about maintenance and operation of a fireplace. This is a family owned business and the brothers are very knowledgeable about what they do and straight forward with everything that needs to be done. I have known these people for most of my life and we have used them every time we needed to. Great people and great business!!! ;)
