One difference I saw being done in this church is how the people dropped their collection envelopes inside the baskets instead of ushers collecting the envelopes pew by pew. A good number of extraordinary ministers helped during Holy Communion and the ash distribution.
I sense a strong community spirit here; the church was packed at that 12 noon Mass.
