Dishonest and the worst. I told the mechanic 3 TIMES that I wanted a MagnaFlow performance muffler for my 1997 sports car. When I picked up my car I asked the mechanic straight to his face, in the office in front of the other attendant if he installed a magniflow performance muffler. He said "yes". Before I left the shop, I turned on the car and I wasn't too thrilled about the sound of the muffler. A little deep with no definition. The next day I looked under my car and noticed that they installed a Street Max Muffler. Which is about $80 or less. When I called the office, I told the office attendant 3 times" I wanted a Magniflow performance muffler,' She kept replying " we did install a performance muffler. Then I talked on the phone with the mechanic, after the 4th time me telling him " I told you I wanted a MagnaFlow performance muffler, he finally responded "oh, you want the muffler to say MagnaFlow on it?' I've been having a hard time getting the Mechanic on the phone to remedy this problem. The morning I was waiting to get my muffler installed I noticed a customer was watching very carefully over the mechanics shoulder as he worked on his van. I thought that was odd. Not a great job and worst customer service ever. Just give the customer what he ask for and take a little pride. I could go on about a few other things but it's just ridiculous to over pay and get the worst service.

This place should be called half a** muffler. Went there to have a muffler installed. The factory muffler was single in and dual out which merged back into single about a foot past the muffler. The new muffler, which I provided, was single/single out. Instead of cutting the Y out and making a new section they just twisted the tail pipe so one side of the Y would line up and welded it on the outlet (about 1 " of weld). Did not bother to at least cap off the other side of the Y. And now the tail pipe, exiting out the side of the vehicle, angled upwards 20* Instead of being level. Also putting it around a 1/4" away from the plastic trim on the bottom of the body panel. I couldn't even put the new exhaust tip on. He did cap it off and stick a bar in the tail pipe to bend it down a little after I went back and complained. Still wasn't really right. Nothing quality about their exhaust work. Service: Exhaust

Poor service had to return with the same problem then the owner wants more money she drives a Cadillac and dresses like she's meeting a new boyfriend
