This tree service dented my van last month March 2023 owner said no way his guys totally honest..Yea right it was raining when they hit my van they moved my cone to pile wood when there was plenty of room on other side of cone...i don't have a video which AAA asked i have to put out $$ and maybe just maybe I'll get it back i was told plus my van which I've only had a few months would be in shop for weeks....not fair i felt ganged up on I'm 68 female against 6 guys or more saying it wasn't them...what would you do? Just need opinions thanks

My personal review of Arden's tree service My story, i just bought a high roof Mercedes sprinter 2500 van, it's large it's white and she's parked right across from my house and next to the canal here in Redding on March 6 my neighbor said one tree was being cut, it was 4.ok March 8 Arden's shows up i have orange cone's on the side and 6 feet behind my van this has been done since i got the van to guide me and to keep other cars away, nobody said i should move,the tree service blocked my driveway and my van so i couldn't get out mind you..No Warning about this. They blocked me with big truck and wood shredder when they left a pile of wood and moved my cone closer to my rear of van, they left sawdust all over my van, when I started cleaning it off i noticed a Dent and Scratch that wasn't there before they started working with a bobcat to pile wood in different areas and behind my van, i was very upset because nobody said anything from that crew they left came back on the 9th i went out to talk to some guy who said he was the owner i showed him the dent he said that it didn't look like a tree or branch did that! I asked what would it look like he walked away i called AAA they basically said since i didn't have video proof i have to pay the deductible and the agent said because I don't have that proof even though it was so obvious who damaged my van the so called owner said my guys are so honest they would admit it....lol  I'm going to be out $500 deductible but what's concerning to me is how honest they were so honest yes sarcastic statement. I'd never use their service for my trees. From one senior citizen to all my cohorts don't call these very honest guys.Beware!
