We had all of the windows in our house replaced, as well as our front double doors, back patio door, and garage side door. Troy and Peter answered all of our questions, provided detailed information about what to expect, and were very responsive throughout the process, and Elijah was especially helpful on the job site each day. From beginning till the end Peter and Troy were exceptional! They made the replacement very easy. Our house is part of an association and there are approvals to get but their quick knowledgeable responses went seamlessly! They took care of everything I needed You will be very satisfied and happy with this company!! The installation was done in one day with great cleanup and prompt haul away of old windows. They even took care of an applying and approval of the city permit for us! I cant say enough about how awesome they are. I had an exceptional experience with Trident Windows. Peter and Troy, the company owners, treated me like family when they replaced 11 of my windows and installed 2 sliding glass doors. I am eagerly anticipating the chance to bring them back to finish the rest of my house. Although they submitted the lowest bid out of four total bids, I would have still chosen them even if they were the most expensive. Right from the beginning, my experience was positive. After I submitted an online inquiry, Peter contacted me by phone. Initially, I almost declined their offer for a free estimate since I already had three other bids, but I am extremely grateful that I didn't. Some of my original windows were leaking, and all of the other bidders I spoke with refused to sign a contract or made me sign a waiver until the leaks were repaired. However, I had difficulty locating general contractors or roofers during the rain storms we were experiencing. Troy and Peter were the only ones who were willing to take the time out of their schedule to assist me in locating the leaks, and they didn't charge me a dime for their help. Seeing the care and attention they provided me at the outset, I knew I was in good hands, so I decided to go with them. Two weeks before the scheduled installation, I experienced another roof leak that soaked two windows, and Peter and Troy were extremely accommodating in postponing the installation until I felt comfortable enough for them to come out. Furthermore, they didn't charge me anything to hold onto the windows in their warehouse. The installation went off without a hitch, and they don't subcontract any of their installers. Troy (co-owner), Elijah, and Chad were the three installers. You could tell that they had worked together for a long time and were committed to delivering quality work. Trident did a beautiful job with our windows! The installers were on schedule, knowledgeable, skillful, clean and meticulous. We love the final result and would recommend them to anyone!

I've known Peter and Troy from Trident Windows and Doors for a a long time. You will never meet a more honest company in the construction industry.
