This is hands down the best place to get a colonic in the OC. The center is always extremely clean when I go and the therapists have great bedside manner. I only wish I could go more often!

I had my first ever colon hydrotherapy/colonic at Your Inner Health. I new I wanted to detox my body this way, but I did have questions and was a little nervous. Melissa answered my call right away and was so happy and supportive in answering my questions. I truly enjoyed my first experience and already have my next appointment booked. Melissa provided me with so much information and comfort. I highly recommend Your Inner Health!

Highly recommend this place! I have gotten a colonic before from another location but this place change everything for me! I felt soo great after my first session. Melissa, the owner, made it so comfortable for me throughout my appointment. What I really appreciated is the passion she has on health holistically. She was patient and great at explaining the process. I felt genuinely taken care of and excited for my sessions!

I cant say enough good things about Your Inner Health and specifically Adrianna (Miller)!!! I have struggled with constipation and other issues due to my severe endometriosis and Adrianna has helped me get real, lasting relief. Shes sweet, calm, very educated on gut health, and makes you feel insanely at ease. The whole business is so well run, clean, comfortable, and has great vibes. I encourage you to come here!
