Just purchased my first pair of Oakleys from Andreas. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right pair, beautiful all back with blue lenses. I would recommend him to people I know. I will be a return customer, for sure! ZTM

I bought Rayban sunglasses on 12/30/2018. Since I bought them, they are defective and the once screw keeps coming off. I came to the store with the original receipt that shows on the back the "Assured Quality" policy, saying that if within 24 months the sunglasses are defective, they will replace them. Laurie at the Macy's upstair sunglass hut told me that this is a lie and they only replace within 30 days. Instead, she told me that I am welcome to try to call Luxotica to complain. I told her that Sunglass Hut is more expensive than other stores and the Internet, and this waranty is the only reason I bought from them, but she had no response.

be careful of this location I went in and the manager cleaned my glasses. Then she scraped when there was no scrape and would not accept the return do not shop this location horrible customer service horrible management
