        My first time winning more than 200 on a scratcher, I won 1000! Anyway my first time here, didn't know what to expect. But the lady who helped me was kind and made the process go smoothly for me. Thank you all whom work here. Also thank you to the security guard at the front.

        It's fast and quick every one was nice verey small office 15 minutes done check on hand maybe half hour depending on the day you go there not much space to sit down only 15 people can sit in chairs but it's ok not there long
