FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Every time I come to this FedEx location I regret it. They are unhelpful and disorganized. Its like they try not to work with you. Ill drive over to the Fashion Island one to avoid this place.

I came here today to do a fax. I ask for help for it because I'm not very familiar with it. So one of the staff members came to help me with it and the person is a she. She was telling me how to do it, but not a good patient way, but in an annoyed frustration way. So if u gonna help someone who doesn't understand how to use it and come with that attitude, then don't help those people.

Terrible attention, if you don't know Spanish you will be ignored and they will not try to help you, only one person was friendly, the worst, I hope the bosses or managers will take the necessary measures but time has shown that they do nothing.

The Sliding Paper Trimmer needs to be replaced. The blade is not sharp and it doesnt line up for straight cuts. Its in bad shape.

Raymond helped me today. He was nice and patience with me while I was figuring out how to email the PDF files to print with my special tear away paper. The print came out great and this branch is closer to me since I usually visit the Edinger and 55 freeway location. Good laser printer, nice and sharp.
