You seriously don't want to take a day off going to your work out again. I absolutely love everyone there and my workouts are custom made for me.

this was the best class I've done through classpass! You can tell Tony and Jalen have so much knowledge they want to share with you and really just want to help you achieve your fitness goals. This wasn't just a preplanned workout, they completely designed the workouts around my fitness goals and made adjustments as needed based on injuries and sore muscles. I will definitely be back!!

I've been going to the classes for about 3-4 weeks. Tony does a great job varying the workouts and intensity depending on how you feel.  I'm so glad I found this place

HABIT is my go-to! Whether it's the group classes with Jalen or the private sessions with Tony, you are guaranteed to get an amazing workout. They push you mentally but also take care and listen to your body and your needs. Not only that the environment is equally part rugged, fun, and inspiring. For the last 1.5 years, HABIT has been my home and I don't see myself ever leaving. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a workout, a good time, good people, and a good community.
